You have capital or land and want to put it to work in UK property alongside someone who runs projects commercially, with the same rigour he brought to retail and consumer technology.
Property & Investments
Justice Bartels leads Jayimpact Group Ltd, a property investment, development and advisory business built on the commercial discipline of a career spent growing consumer technology brands across the UK and Ireland. The property journey began
Jayimpact Group works with a specific kind of partner. If one of these describes you, the partnership route is worth a conversation:
You have capital or land and want to put it to work in UK property alongside someone who runs projects commercially, with the same rigour he brought to retail and consumer technology.
Your business owns property, or should. You want strategic input on how property fits your growth plan, from site selection to development feasibility, grounded in commercial reality rather than seminar enthusiasm.
You deliver on the ground and want a partner who brings strategy, structure and funding conversations to the table. Jayimpact considers projects of varying scale; the conversation starts with the numbers rather than a minimum size.
Jayimpact Group operates across three connected activities:
Investment. Since 2017, Jayimpact has invested £1.1m+ across six property projects, with a combined gross development value of £3.6m+, focused on Greater London, Kent and the M25 corridor. Every investment is made with clear numbers, defined exit thinking and disciplined risk.
Development. Jayimpact takes property from opportunity to built asset, working with trusted delivery partners across three strategies: BRRR, social impact housing and ground-up developments (explained below).
Advisory. Justice advises on property strategy for founders, investors and family businesses, drawing on the commercial frameworks he uses in consulting: positioning, numbers, execution. Advisory engagements are tailored case by case, from informal counsel to formal paid consultancy, depending on what the situation calls for. There is no fixed package and no published pricing; the first conversation establishes what kind of input is needed.
Whatever the route in, the standard is the same: integrity, strategy and excellence.
Three strategies. One standard: every project has to make sense on the numbers before it makes sense on paper.
Buy property that is tired, dated or under-managed, refurbish it to a standard that lifts its value, refinance against that improved value, and hold it as a long-term rental. Done well, the refurbishment itself builds the equity, so capital is not left sitting in one project when it could be working in the next.
Well-managed homes for people who need supported or affordable housing, delivered with local authority and housing-partner backing. It is property that does good and pays its way: reliable, long-term income with a social purpose attached.
Taking land from planning permission through to completed new-build homes. Higher risk and higher reward, and the discipline shows most here: feasibility before commitment, trusted delivery partners on site, and the exit planned before the first spade goes in.
Jayimpact Group Ltd is the vehicle through which Justice Bartels invests in, develops and advises on UK property. It carries the name of his broader entrepreneurial work and reflects how he operates: commercial discipline first, relationships second, and nothing left to enthusiasm.
The property journey began in 2017. Jayimpact Group Ltd itself was incorporated in 2021, formalising what had already become a working method: buy on the numbers, improve the asset, and let the discipline compound. Today the portfolio's activity is focused on Greater London, Kent and the M25 corridor, with six property projects carrying £1.1m+ of invested capital and £3.6m+ of gross development value.
Justice's property work does not stand alone. It sits on top of two verified track records:
Last-to-first turnaround of a Dixons Carphone store (No. 1 of 24). £3.1m first-year revenue contribution and Million Club recognition at OnePlus. Retail presence delivered at 400+ stores with OPPO, and a first UK retail footprint for Robosen Robotics at Selfridges, GAME and Frasers.
As Lead Consultant at Young Entrepreneur Support (YES), a UK founder support programme, Justice has mentored 240+ founders, delivered 18 innovation challenges and helped unlock or support £1.2m in funding. His role there: "A strategic leader helping founders build sustainable wealth through integrity, strategy and excellence."
"YES gave me the guidance and tools I needed to develop their startup..." — Tony, UK founder
"The mentorship and resources helped me turn my idea into a successful project." — Chantelle, UK innovator
No. Jayimpact Group Ltd is an investment, development and advisory business. It is not a training company, and Justice does not sell property courses. If you want to work with him, it is as a partner, client or advisory client, not a student.
Jayimpact pursues three strategies: BRRR (buy, refurbish, refinance, rent), social impact housing and ground-up developments. The unifying standard is commercial: every project has to make sense on the numbers before it makes sense on paper.
Jayimpact's property activity is focused on Greater London, Kent and the M25 corridor.
That is exactly what the partnership enquiry is for. Jayimpact considers projects of varying scale. Submit a Partnership Enquiry below and describe your project or capital position; if there is a fit, you will hear back directly.
They are connected but distinct. Justice Bartels Consults is his commercial advisory practice for founder-led businesses: positioning, go-to-market, sales performance. Jayimpact Group is his property investment, development and advisory business. If your challenge is a business challenge that happens to involve property, the partnership enquiry on this page is the right starting point.
